Highland Fold At Your Table

In the winter we get busy creating delicious country meals with sustainable local ingredients to deliver to your table whether you’re at home, on holiday, at your place of work or in special venue.

We cater for private events, sporting estates, corporate functions and conferences, providing menus for your specific needs.

We are a sustainable food business and specialise in growing, foraging and sourcing ingredients to create food from scratch which tastes fantastic whilst being responsibly produced and supporting our local food economy.

Our menus include a nice variety of delicious, well made dishes - we’ve provided some sample menus to give you an idea of what our talented kitchen team can create with the abundant local produce found all around us.

Family dinner for 5 delivered to your holiday accommodation

Cured smoked Beef.  Pork & fresh herb loaf.  Vegetable tarts. Variety of veg sides. Home-made pickles, mayonnaise and horseradish.                                            Cheese scones. Sourdough bread. Gluten free savoury biscuits.                                                  Selection of freshly baked sweets and treats.
